Corrugated Box
Corrugated Box —
A corrugated box is made from corrugated fiberboard, which consists of a fluted corrugated sheet bonded to one or more layers of linerboard. This layered construction creates a packaging solution that balances cost-effectiveness with durability, making it the most widely used form of shipping and logistics packaging.
Features
Corrugated boxes can be produced in a variety of flute profiles (A, B, C, E, F) and board grades (single-wall, double-wall, triple-wall), offering different levels of strength, cushioning, and protection. Their key advantages lie in high structural integrity, compression resistance, and impact absorption, which effectively safeguard products during storage and transportation. Typical applications include shipping cartons, e-commerce delivery boxes, large appliance packaging, fruit and vegetable crates, and industrial product packaging. In some cases, corrugated boxes are also used for retail-ready outer packaging, such as multi-pack beverages or other products requiring enhanced structural support.
